(b) Information we collect when you register for a Liberty Charge event: we will store your contact details (including includes name, email, address, contract number and phone number) when you fill in the registration form in order to attend any of our events.

(c) Information we collect when you purchase electricity charging services via our Web Site or via our App. When you complete a transaction to purchase charging services via our Web Site or via our App, we may collect information about your location, the charge point that you used to receive the charging services, the amount of electricity purchased for your charge, your credit card or debit card information. Where you register for an account via our Web Site or via our App, we will store your name, contact details, payment card details and transaction history, customer ID, subscription type (pay as you go or subscription), contact preferences and, if you choose to provide them, vehicle model and license plate. If you contact us regarding a customer service enquiry or complaint regarding the charging services, we will also collect information about your enquiry or complaint.

(d) Information we collect when you apply for a job through our careers site; the data included in the candidate account (eg. your name, e-mail address and CV; hereafter collectively your data) will be processed by Liberty Charge as the Controller for the purposes of candidate selection, placement and employment.

2.2 We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with our personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we will treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this Statement.

Our lawful basis for using your personal data in these circumstances is that it is necessary for us to do this in order to perform our obligations under our contract to provide charging services to you.

3.5 The data included in the candidate account (e.g. your name, e-mail address and CV; hereafter collectively “your data”) will be processed by Liberty Charge as the Controller for the purposes of candidate selection, placement and employment. These data will be retained for the period of up to 1 year after closing the selection process, after which it will be deleted. Our lawful basis for using your personal data in these circumstances is that it is necessary for us to do this before potentially entering into an employment contract with you and it is in our legitimate interests to assess candidates for our vacant positions.

4. DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

4.1 Liberty Charge does not sell, rent or trade the information you voluntarily provide to us on this Web Site to third parties, except as noted below. Personal information collected on this Web Site may be shared with our affiliate companies. Our affiliate companies may use this personal information, for example, to respond to those individuals who request company and subscriber information regarding the affiliate or who submit other requests or questions regarding the affiliate.
